EINHEIT, ESCH & MUR live at Theater der Künste Zurich, Switzerland

Artaud_into the explosion – thats a new piece of music theatre that will premier during three days in February at the historic place of Zeughaus Zürich, Switzerland.

Scene builder LUKAS STUCKI has created a 13 metres long and 2 metres wide steel-leviathan that host the play. FM Einheit acts  as musical director of the so-called  “explosion” performing live with steel spring, hammer, drill and “Steintisch” (Stone table). He invited expressive vocalists En Esch and Mona Mur who will  -  joined by speaker Kurt Grünenberger – attempt to open the fictive space of poet Antonin Artaud to the experience of the audience as an “Explosion”.

Premiere is February 20, 2014, followed by two additionally performances on February 21 and 22. Each evening is limited to exactly 150 tickets – exclusively available by reservation on first in time first in line basis!

Ein rauschender Wind bewegt all diese verkommenen Larven,

welche die Nacht in schimmernden Bildern zusammenrafft.

Man spürt die Zermalmung von Schleusen, einen furchtbaren

vulkanischen Schock, in dem das Tageslicht sich zersetzt. Und

aus dem Zusammenprall, aus dem Zerreissen zweier Prinzipien

entstehen alle irgend möglichen Bilder im heftigen Ansturm einer

Rein ins Zentrum der Explosion, zum Moment der allerhöchsten

Intensität. Dahin, wo plötzlich alles zerfällt, laut und wild und

furchtbar schön.
